BudgetingBuddi does not collect, transmit, or sell any of your data. There is no
account to create, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party SDKs. The app
makes no network requests of its own.
Everything you enter — your categories, budgets, budget exceptions, and logged
expenses — is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework.
If you are signed into iCloud on your device, your data is mirrored to **your own
private iCloud database** (Apple CloudKit) so it is available on your other
devices and restored when you set up a new one.
This is your personal iCloud storage, governed by Apple's iCloud terms and
protected by your Apple ID. The developer operates no server, has no account
system, and cannot see, access, or retrieve your data at any time. If you are not
signed into iCloud, the app simply stores everything on-device and does not sync.
You can stop syncing at any time by signing out of iCloud or disabling iCloud
Drive for BudgetingBuddi in iOS Settings.
you, by hand.
The app is rated 4+ and contains no age-restricted content, user-generated
content, social features, or web browsing.
Deleting the app removes its local data from that device. To remove data held in
your private iCloud database, use iOS Settings → your name → iCloud → Manage
Account Storage.
